We work as a small team. Three people, sometimes five. Everyone has at least eight years of experience designing and operating products they've shipped themselves. We decided we'd do better work with fewer people, over longer horizons, for fewer clients at a time.

It means we don't sign more than four engagements a year. We turn down briefs that demand an answer in less than fifteen days. Every line of code that leaves the studio is written by us. No offshore subcontracting, no juniors shipping unsupervised, no agency reselling.

It also means we stay. When a product we built runs into a scaling issue at eighteen months, we're still here to solve it. The retainer exists for that reason: it isn't aftercare, it's the commitment we make to the founders who trust us.

We design in code. Design isn't delivered in Figma and then translated into production. It's produced directly in the environment where it will live, with its constraints of performance, accessibility and system. It is slower for the first weeks. It is significantly faster after that.

The studio is in Dubai because that's where we live. We work with teams across Europe, the Middle East and North America. The timezone gap is a detail we solve through asynchronous work and one weekly synchronisation, never through sixteen-hour days.
